Necklaces and chains tend to come in lengths measure in inches. If you are unsure of the perfect length for you just take a piece of string and place it around the neck to the length that you desire before measuring the length in inches.
Just remember that a necklace with a pendant will hang down at the front and won’t sit evenly around the neck in the same way as string.

How to get a knot out of a Necklace?

Tangled chains can be a real challenge but don’t worry, I’ve picked up some tips over the years that I can share with you!
Firstly, prevention is better than cure so always do the clasp up on your necklace when you take it off and be sure to store it safely.
If you have a necklace that is tangled just place it down on a flat surface and use a pin to help you get into the knot and start to loosen it - this should soon give you an easy way to untangle the necklace.
